Ben Wood
Project Co-Founder
Before starting Pebble Geo, Ben worked on complex geoscience software projects at the British Geological Survey. He is an original co-creator of BGS Groundhog.
Ben now runs an independent geoscience innovation company (Sun Spiral Innovation) alongside Tracee Findlater, and oversees the direction of the Pebble Geo project.
A geoscientist by education, Ben is active in the industry and a member of the AGSi Early Adopters group.

Tanya Richmond
Project Co-Founder
Tanya is a software developer and technical trainer who has worked in a range of industries including logistics and healthcare.
Most recently Tanya was an original co-creator of the BGS Groundhog project with Ben Wood at the British Geological Survey.
Tanya is now a director of Tangary Solutions, and is responsible for product development and customer engagement for the Pebble Geo project.

Tracee Findlater
Project Co-Founder
Tracee's career in HR, training and development has crossed a variety of sectors, including construction, finance, manufacturing and education. She now runs an independent geoscience innovation consultancy (Sun Spiral Innovation) alongside Ben Wood and is responsible for managing helpdesk and customer support for Pebble Geo.
Tracee also runs 6 The Studio, a co-working space based in the Pebble Geo HQ in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
